One step closer

Last evening, after a very detailed and thorough discussion, superbly handled by the Association Chairman, William Rutherford, members of the Tunbridge Wells Executive Council formally voted to join the West Kent Group, bringing the goal of a modern, professionally staffed and properly equipped Campaign Centre one step closer.

Thus far, three of the four Associations have voted in favour with the final one voting in ten days time. If all goes well, our new Campaign HQ should be up and running early in the New Year.

Next week I have been invited to the Southern Region Chairmen's Dinner to speak about Grouping and the advantages it brings to local Associations and the campaigning strength of the party.
