What could it be ?

We received a note from the Royal Mail today to inform us they were unable to deliver a parcel as the sender did not attach sufficient postage. 

The underpayment ?  £42.84!

Now this is a significant sum to pay, especially when we have no idea what it is or whether we actually want it. We had a similar package delivered once to the old office we shared with Gillingham and Rochester Associations - and that turned out to be a large tupperware box filled with dog turds. Dirty politics in the Medway towns. 

Anyway - before I decide whether or not we should pay, I just wondered if any other Associations had received similar this week? If so, please let me know.
